This sound is commonly caused by condensation buildup inside the radon pipe during colder or wet months.

We recommend temporarily turning the radon system off for 48–72 hours to allow moisture to reabsorb. After that period, turn the system back on and monitor.

You can temporarily silence the alarm by holding the yellow button down for approximately five seconds. This will silence the alarm for up to 24 hours. If the alarm returns or you are unsure of the cause, please continue with your service request.

Service calls require a technician to visit the property to diagnose or address a reported issue.

For non-warranty visits, there is a $199 diagnostic service fee.

If an approved repair exceeds $199, the diagnostic fee is waived and only the repair cost applies.

If the repair is less than $199, the $199 diagnostic fee applies instead of the smaller repair amount.

If no repair is performed, the $199 diagnostic fee applies.

Any recommended repairs will be quoted and must be approved before work is performed.
